Orders
All orders are handled on a first come, first served policy.  All orders wre dropped-shipped from the supplier to you.  To receive the status on any order, E-mail us at orders@kleanco.com.  Please include the order number your received in your E-mail after your order was placed. Only VISA and MasterCard is accepted unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Shipping
Shipping options are FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight (for chemical drums).  For FedEx Freight, there is an additional charge if a liftgate is required (i.e. residental delivery where no loading dock is available).

Return Policy
All returns must have an RMA#.  E-mail us a returns@kleanco.com with a detailed E-mail with:
  1) Your name
  2) Company's Name
  3) Order Date and Number (on E-mail your received at time of order)
  4) Reason for return (not needed, defective, etc.)

Note: There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns for credit only. You are responsible for shipping charges.

Legal Stuff
Kleanco Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the equipment or chemicals is sells. All chemicals have been tested and used with great success to clean mold and fungus from roofs. MDS sheets are available for the chemicals upon request.  Kleanco Inc. is not liable for any injury to employees, contractors or other individuals using its equipment or chemicals.  Kleanco Inc. will utilize bill collection agencies, the courts, as required, to collect debts outstanding for more than 90 days.  All collection costs, court and legal fees are the responsibility of the individual from which the debt is being collected.
